Amorphous energy-saving materials promote the development of amorphous motor industry

From November 2nd to 4th, the High end Seminar on Amorphous Motors, hosted by the Amorphous Energy saving Materials Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Amorphous Alliance") and co organized by Xiangdian Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiangdian Group"), was grandly held in the lecture hall of the Science and Technology Building in Xiangtan National High tech Zone. The conference aims to promote the application of amorphous energy-saving materials in high-efficiency motors, advance the industrialization process of amorphous motors, and thus form a close integration between the upstream and downstream of amorphous motors. Cai Rang, Chairman of the Amorphous Alliance and Chairman of Antai Technology, Academician Tang Renyuan, Director of the National Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor Engineering Technology Research Center, Chen Feixiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xiangdian Group, and Liu Shuoke, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xiangtan National High tech Zone, attended the meeting. More than 60 representatives from amorphous alliance member units, leaders from Xiangdian Group units, and leaders from Xiangtan National High tech Zone attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Shaoxiong, Executive Vice Chairman of the Amorphous Alliance and Technical Director of Antai Technology.

Zhou Shaoxiong, Executive Vice Chairman of the Amorphous Alliance, introduced the guests and delivered a welcome speech. Chen Feixiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xiangdian Group, and Cai Rang, Chairman of the Amorphous Alliance, delivered speeches successively.

Professor Zhou Shaoxiong, the Technical Director of the company, gave a report on "Amorphous Energy saving Materials and Their Applications in Electric Motors", introducing the advantages of using amorphous materials in electric motors, the research progress of amorphous motors at home and abroad, the technical difficulties and solutions in the amorphous motor industry; Dean Yu Zhuoping of the School of Automotive Engineering at Tongji University gave a report on the development trends and prospects of automotive electrification and intelligence, explaining the two major development trends of China's automotive electrification and intelligence; Academician Tang Renyuan, Director of the National Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor Engineering Technology Research Center, gave a report on the application of amorphous alloys in motors, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of amorphous motors and silicon steel motors; Ms. Deng Qun, General Manager of the Electrical Transmission Division of Xiangdian Group, gave a report on the industrialization research of amorphous motors, introducing the industrialization experience of Xiangdian Leyte Electric Co., Ltd. in mass production of amorphous high-efficiency energy-saving motors; Dr. Cai Wei, Chief Technology Officer of Jingjin Electric Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., delivered a report on the potential application of amorphous motors in energy-saving and new energy vehicles, pointing out the application of amorphous energy-saving motors in new energy vehicles and identifying technical issues that need to be addressed; Professor Wang Xinmin of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering made a report on the Research and Development Status and Prospects of Amorphous Alloys for Electric Machines, and introduced a series of achievements of the research team of the Amorphous Soft Magnets of the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering.

After the meeting, experts and representatives of entrepreneurs visited the wind energy workshops of Xiangdian Leyte, Xiangdian Wind Energy, Xiangdian Heavy Equipment, and the Electric Machinery Division. The next morning, attending experts and representatives of entrepreneurs also visited the motor workshop of CSR Zhuzhou Electric Machinery Co., Ltd.
