The three development stages of domestic motor electromagnetic wires that you must know
1. Initial stage. In the mid-1960s and mid-1980s, China established the production capacity of basic varieties of electromagnetic wires on the basis of self-reliance, and had the infrastructure and professional talents to develop and research new varieties, creating the necessary conditions for the development in the late 1980s and 1990s.
2. Rapid development period. In the 1990s, enterprises in the electromagnetic wire industry gradually introduced a complete set of technology and equipment for producing electromagnetic wires from advanced industrial countries. From raw materials (wire cores, insulation materials, etc.), production equipment (wire drawing machines, enameling machines, winding machines, etc.) to finished product testing equipment, the production capacity and technical level of electromagnetic wires gradually entered the world's advanced ranks.
3. Industrialization stage. Entering the 21st century, with the rapid development of the domestic power industry, home appliance industry, electronic information, and communication industry, electromagnetic wire production enterprises have rapidly expanded their production scale in recent years. Old enterprises are constantly being eliminated, while new ones are constantly emerging. A new electromagnetic wire pattern has basically taken shape in China, and a group of large-scale and technologically strong enterprises have emerged in the industry, gradually growing into industry leaders.
Although China's electromagnetic wire industry started relatively late, it has a large market space and low labor costs, which has enabled electromagnetic wire production enterprises to achieve rapid development. At this stage, Chinese electromagnetic wire manufacturers have gradually narrowed the technological gap with advanced industrial countries by introducing advanced equipment and technology, and achieving technological breakthroughs through independent research and development. The technical processes of some products have reached the international advanced level.
