The main inspection and maintenance items for the motor are as follows

① Timely remove dust and oil sludge from the outside of the motor base. If there is a lot of dust in the usage environment, it is best to clean it once a day.

② Hengli motors often check whether the screws on the wiring board are loose or burned.

③ Regularly measure the insulation resistance of the motor, and if the usage environment is relatively humid, it should be measured more frequently.

④ Regularly clean the bearings and replace them with new oil (usually every six months). When changing the oil, it should not be filled to the brim, usually occupying 1/2 to 1/3 of the oil chamber. Otherwise, it is easy to heat up or spill out. The oil should be added from one side, and impurities that have not been cleaned can be squeezed out from the other side.

⑤ Regularly check the starting equipment to see if the contacts and wiring are burned, oxidized, and if the contact is good.

⑥ Inspection of insulation condition. The insulation capacity of insulation materials varies depending on the degree of drying, so it is very important to keep the windings of constant force motors dry. Therefore, when using motors, the insulation resistance should be checked regularly, and attention should be paid to whether the grounding of the motor casing is reliable.

⑦ In addition to maintaining the motor according to the above items, a major overhaul is also required after one year of operation of the motor. The purpose is to conduct a thorough and comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the electric motor, supplement the missing and worn components of the motor, thoroughly remove dust and dirt inside and outside the motor, check the insulation condition, clean the bearings and inspect their wear.
