Xiao Huatuo in the motor: method to determine whether the motor has burned out
Wang: Check if the oil seal on the front bearing end cover of the electric motor has turned black. Generally, it is due to the bearing being loose and intense friction causing the temperature of the bearing oil seal to rise too high and turn black. After the bearing is disassembled, it causes the sweeping chamber to short-circuit the coil or trip through the shell.
Smell: Overloading or sweeping the chamber can cause the coil to burn out, and opening the junction box will smell the burnt smell of the coil.
Question: If the motor overheats, ask the user of the motor whether the mechanical equipment is overloaded or whether the transmission components need to be updated. Both the cutting blade and the rack have a service life. Being too old and not updating can cause motor overload and overheating.
Cut: 'Cut' is the key. It is easy to determine if an electric motor has burned out, but the difficult part is to identify the cause of the motor burning out and troubleshoot it. Otherwise, replacing the electric motor will burn out.
