True masters are all cultivating 'closed-loop abilities'
The true master is acceleration cheating. You will find that he becomes stronger and stronger, and the longer it takes, the harder it will be for you to catch up with him;
The power of ordinary people to maintain their original state is also increasing, and the older they get, the harder it is to change someone. As someone said, it's as difficult as climbing a mountain to change someone over 30 years old.
Because the human behavioral system is interconnected, if you want to change a behavior, you are not facing resistance from one behavior, but resistance from all lifestyle habits.
True masters are training their positive closed loop, optimizing their behavior system and enhancing their ability to resist negative behavior.
Ordinary people, on the other hand, constantly strengthen their existing behavioral system, whether it can be optimized or not, so they stubbornly maintain their original state.
Recently, I have been receiving continuous discussions from people around me, from my family to my assistant, all asking: How did you gain 20 pounds in just six months?
I sincerely thought about it and realized that my entire lifestyle has gone wrong:
Work is tiring - Refuse to exercise - Compensate for oneself with food - Eating late leads to insomnia - Getting fatter - Getting more tired
This is clearly entering a negative cycle, where life becomes increasingly bleak and tiring.
I usually sleep no more than six hours a day, and as my work hours increase, I feel like eating more. Eating late night snacks at night also increases my physical burden, and coupled with the anxiety of unfinished work, I fall asleep even more.
I have just entered a negative closed loop.
